Taking a Brief Pause for Mindfulness

Dear Readers,

I wanted to take a moment to share that I will be away on a Vipassana Meditation Retreat for the next 11 days. This retreat is an opportunity for me to unplug. To take time for me, with no phone or computer, no errands, and no responsibilities. Nothing to do, really, except - to be. To breathe, to sit with my thoughts and emotions, to slow down, to get to know myself again, to reconnect. It's a space of self care and self love, it's a real retreat for me.

An 11 days silent Vipassana retreat is not the easiest thing for many people, as it can be hard on your body and your psyche. Some people find being silent for 10 days very challenging, but for me, for a total introvert, I am looking forward to it. It's my 5th Vipassana in 10 years, and I can't wait to see what this journey will be about.

During my absence, I will not be available for consultations or appointments. I will not even be checking my emails (no electronics). However, I am looking forward to reconnecting with all of you upon my return, ready to get back to work with renewed energy and spirit.
