Pure Joy đđž
Today I wanted to share one of the best moments we had this month. Our neighbours had puppies - 8 corgi puppies - and we got to play with them. They were so curious and so cuddly and so so so playful. It was a pure joy. We first saw them when their were only a few weeks old, and now, at 8 weeks old and ready to go to their new owners, we went to say good bye.
Life has been busy and full. We are at the stage of our lives when it's expected. With 3 kids (late teens and young adults) all living at home, with work and business, and the house, and the cat and the dog, and of course I'm doing more training, so I'm studying every day - trying to find a balance is a hit and miss game. Some weeks I feel like I'm nailing it, and others - I'm burnt out and exhausted.
Some days Rick and I pass each other like ships in the night. I say "sheeps" in the night. 𤣠Partially it's because of my accent, and partially because then I can say "baaa" when I walk by Rick đ đ and it makes me laugh. đ
Moments like this - moments that fill our heart to the brim with happiness - are so precious. These puppies are so trusting, and so sweet and so loving, it's impossible to worry or not be in the moment. Furry snuggles. Puppy piles. Happiness achieved.
